Our phone number and business name has been hijacked by a scammer.  This is also known as "spoofing" and has hit large and small companies and government agencies alike.


If you received a phone call from RollaNet it was not us. We do not call customers. Our phone number is made available so our customers can contact us for help with an issue regarding their account.


We have reported this to our phone company, to the Federal Communication Commission, and to local law enforcement.  There is nothing more we can do.  We suggest you hang-up on the scammer. There is no need to call RollaNet asking if we called you, because we did not call you.
